About me

I’m Morris Hoogelander, founder of SoundSmith and a technical production specialist based in The Hague. My background is rooted in professional live audio, but my work has grown into something broader: designing, improving and supporting technical systems that need to work reliably in the real world.

I combine hands-on technical experience with production leadership, problem-solving and an understanding of the people who actually use these systems. Whether working with experienced technicians or volunteer teams, my focus is always the same: creating practical solutions that are clear, dependable and built around the way people work.
